Policies & Pet Information
The short, honest version of the fine print — so there are no surprises at check-in.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early arrivals are welcome to park, dine and explore while your cabin is finished.
- Late arrivals: call the front desk and we'll leave arrival instructions.
Reservations & Cancellation
- Reservations are confirmed with a deposit through our secure booking system.
- Cancel 7+ days before arrival for a full refund less processing; inside 7 days the deposit is forfeited unless we can rebook the cabin.
- July stays in some cabins carry a 2-night minimum.
Pets
- Every cabin is pet-friendly with a nightly pet fee (listed at booking).
- Dogs must be leashed on the property and under voice control.
- Never leave pets unattended in cabins or at campsites — this is bear country.
- Guests are responsible for any pet damage; please clean up after your animals.
Property Rules
- Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM across cabins and campground.
- No smoking inside any cabin; designated outdoor areas available.
- Campfires only in provided fire rings; observe posted burn bans.
- Store all food and scented items securely — wildlife safety is everyone's job.
Accessibility
- Alder Cottage (Lower) offers step-free entry.
- Historic cabins have narrow doorways, steps and uneven floors — see each cabin page's disclosures.
- Call us and we'll talk honestly about which cabin fits your needs.
